Bangor Hydro's Service Quality Report Card Now Available

Our goal at Bangor Hydro is to provide you the best service possible. We are pleased to announce that we have exceeded our SQI targets for five years in a row.

The seven targets identified in our Customer Report Card show you exactly how Bangor Hydro measured up.

Bangor Hydro-Electric Company (BHE) is an electric utility wholly-owned by Emera Inc. BHE serves a population of 192,000 in an area encompassing 5,275 square miles in eastern and east coastal Maine.
