Bangor Hydro-Electric Company to Change Customer Service Center Hours

Bangor, ME: In an effort to better meet the needs of its customers, the Bangor Hydro-Electric Company Customer Service Center is changing its hours of operation to better reflect customer usage and demand. Effective Monday, January 16 the Customer Service Center will operate Monday through Friday (excluding most major holidays) from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Currently the Customer Service Center hours are Monday through Friday (excluding most major holidays) from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The majority of calls received within the Customer Service Center occur prior to 6 p.m. By adjusting the Customer Service Center operating times, more resources will be available to assist customers during peak times of customer usage.

Bangor Hydro-Electric Company recognizes the need to provide Customer Service Center operating times outside normal business hours and is dedicated to providing personal assistance to the customers within its service territory.
